What to expect:
- If you are not coming to the potluck dinner on Saturday night or spending the night, plan to arrive by 8:45am. We will begin at 9am
- Morning: Group meditation, intention setting exercise and healthy snacks
- Lunch: Delicious salad
- Afternoon: Chakra review, light yoga session and group sound bath meditation
- We'll plan to wrap up around 4pm
Please join us on Saturday night for a potluck dinner and overnight camping stay!
- Bring your favorite potluck dish for dinner, along with your beverage of choice
- Bring your tent and sleeping gear
- Plan to dress warm, it gets chilly at night
- We'll be having a fire and are known to do fire dancing
- We'll serve a farm breakfast on Sunday morning
